Money Rice – Green Money

Money rice is a ritual, spiritual tool used in the traditions of folk magic to attract wealth, prosperity and luck. Its base is dried rice, often coloured with green mineral powder and then mixed with cinnamon, sugar and various herbs. It can be placed in luck or spell bags and money bowls, and it is also used at shop entrances to enliven the flow of money.

Its symbolism is deliberate and layered: rice represents abundance and multiplication, and the colour green stands for money, growth and prosperity. Money rice is often used to “feed” ritual bags, to strengthen abundance spells, and to energetically cleanse financial blocks and debt patterns. In the blend, cinnamon carries strength and acceleration, sugar the “sweetening” of a situation, and salt protection. It may be complemented by essential oils, further spices or mica powder to fine-tune the energetic focus.
