SELF-HEALING and REGENERATION LAVA STONE

Runes are the ancient signs of the northern peoples, each carrying a particular force and quality of nature. On this bracelet three runes form a conscious formula of regeneration: Uruz, vitality and inner endurance, Berkano, healing, care and renewal, and Sowilo, the rune of vitality, light and life force.

When to wear it?

• After an exhausting period, when you wish to regain your strength.
• When you wish to focus on renewal and taking care of yourself.
• When you wish to call more vitality and light into your everyday life.

The initiation rite

I prepare every bracelet individually, in a rune-magic initiation rite. After cleansing, I address and awaken the Uruz, Berkano and Sowilo runes with Galdr chanting, then join them into a single intention of regeneration and strengthening. In the rune-magic system, Galdr, breath and conscious naming are part of awakening the runes.
