A complete system of rune diagnosis and counselling

At Level 5 you learn how to uncover the true nature of a recurring blockage, how to separate the surface symptom from the deeper root, and then how to build a personalised rune balancing protocol for it.

The Arkana Runic Balance Method I goes beyond choosing a suitable rune for a problem. The method examines what has tipped out of balance, in what form the imbalance operates, how deep it reaches, what sustains it, and what rune work can lead back towards balance.

The course prepares you both for self-discovery work and for counselling rune work carried out for others.

The five forms of imbalance

The same life situation can arise from entirely different energetic backgrounds.

In the course you learn to distinguish the five basic forms of imbalance in the Arkana system:

Lack · Block · Overactivity · Foreign burden · Inherited pattern

This matters because the same rune may call for completely different work depending on how it has tipped out of balance.

Five different balancing operations belong to the five states:

Awakening · Channelling · Calming · Severing and sealing · Dissolving and rewriting

Three-gate rune diagnosis

You learn the basic diagnostic spread of the Arkana Method, which reveals three separate layers:

visible symptom → hidden root → sustaining force

So with a blockage you no longer examine only what is visible on the surface. You also look for where it comes from and why it keeps returning.

Foreign burden or inherited pattern?

If the diagnosis points to a deeper origin, you learn to use the Source Quartet.

With it you examine four different source layers:

your own unconscious pattern · the relational or family field · an ancient, inherited imprint · an outside energetic influence

The method deals specifically with recognising and handling foreign energetic burdens, the evil eye, malicious attention, relational burdens and inherited patterns.

Problem rune, balancing rune and stabilising rune

The Rune Wheel learned at Level 4 here becomes part of a complete diagnostic system.

After determining the main problem rune, you choose its balancing pair, then determine the third, stabilising rune based on the Vili, Vé or Odin level of the hidden root.

This is the Arkana Double Axis system.

The choice of stabilising rune is rule-based. In this way each of the three active runes receives a precise role in the process.

Personalised 3-, 7- or 21-day protocols

You learn to assess the depth of an imbalance using a 0–14 point depth index.

Based on this you shape the right:

3-day · 7-day · 21-day work cycle.

So rune work does not consist of a single rite. You create a structured process that includes runes, sound vibration, a material anchor, daily practice, concrete earthly action and later re-assessment.

The deep practical system of the 12 rune axes

The course covers all twelve balancing axes in detail.

For each axis you learn healthy functioning, the five different forms of imbalance, reversed and shadow states, the choice of stabilising runes, material anchors, sound vibration, and the 3-, 7- and 21-day practical protocols.

Detailed case studies and concrete life situations make the material applicable.

Your own Arkana Runic Balance counselling work

Level 5 also prepares you to apply the method in structured counselling work carried out for others.

You learn the full course of the first session, forming the right question, assessing the state, leading the rune diagnosis, preparing the personalised protocol, the written counselling summary, and the system of follow-up sessions and re-assessment.

How is this more than Level 4?

Level 4, Arkana Rune Wheel, teaches you to recognise the 12 balancing axes of the runes and use the relationship between the problem rune and the balancing rune.

Level 5, Arkana Runic Balance Method I, builds the complete diagnostic system on top of this:

By the end of the course you will be able to independently uncover an energetic imbalance, determine its type and depth, choose the runes needed, and then create a complete, personalised Arkana Runic Balance protocol for yourself or others.

After passing the practical final exam you receive a personalised Arkana Academy Arkana Runic Balance Method I certificate.

Recommended prior knowledge: completion of the first four levels of the Arkana Academy, or equivalent advanced knowledge of rune divination, rune magic and the Rune Wheel.
